John Ash is an internationally recognized chef, educator, and author, who is credited as one of the creators of Wine Country Cuisine. Ash first came to national prominence in 1985 when he was selected by Food & Wine magazine as one of America's "hot new chefs" and continues to earn outstanding kudos today. |

Guy won the Food Network " Next Celebrity Chef" national competition. Guys now has three shows on the Food Network and the two top rated programs on the network, "Diner's Drive-ins & Dives", and "Guy's Big Bite". Guy owns Tex Wasabi and Johnny Garlic's restaurant in Santa Rosa. |
