Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts
Santa Rosa Junior College's Culinary Arts provides an intensive course of study leading to certificates of completion in several exciting areas. The rigorous and comprehensive curriculum integrates classical and modern culinary techniques with strong kitchen management skills. The 5,500 square foot facility is also the location of the SRJC Culinary Café and Bakery that is open to the public.
