Ramekins Culinary School

Cooking Class Formats:

Demonstration Classes ("Demo")

  • Observation
  • 2-1/2 to 3 hours in length (unless otherwise noted)
  • Sample size portions of all menu items are served
  • Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food
  • Students receive copies of all recipes
  • 36 student maximum
  • Seats are first-come, first served

Hands-on Classes ("Hands-on")

  • Participation (some with demonstration)
  • 3 to 3-1/2 hours in length (unless noted otherwise)
  • *Sample size portions of all menu items are served
  • Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food (except in bread/pastry classes)
  • Students receive copies of all recipes
  • 20 student maximum
  • Long pants and closed-toed/rubber soled shoes strongly advised
  • Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted

Chef's Tables

  • Participation
  • 4 hours in length
  • Full meal portions are served
  • Includes wines with each course
  • Students receive copies of all recipes
  • 11 student maximum
  • Long pants and closed-toed/ rubber soled shoes strongly advised
  • Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted

Winemaker Dinners

  • Observation
  • 3 to 3-1/2 hours in length
  • Full meal portions are served
  • Includes wines with each course
  • Students receive copies of all recipes
  • 30 student maximum
  • Seats are first-come, first served
