Cooking Class Formats:
Demonstration Classes ("Demo")
- Observation
- 2-1/2 to 3 hours in length (unless otherwise noted)
- Sample size portions of all menu items are served
- Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food
- Students receive copies of all recipes
- 36 student maximum
- Seats are first-come, first served
Hands-on Classes ("Hands-on")
- Participation (some with demonstration)
- 3 to 3-1/2 hours in length (unless noted otherwise)
- *Sample size portions of all menu items are served
- Includes two glasses of wine, served with the food (except in bread/pastry classes)
- Students receive copies of all recipes
- 20 student maximum
- Long pants and closed-toed/rubber soled shoes strongly advised
- Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted
Chef's Tables
- Participation
- 4 hours in length
- Full meal portions are served
- Includes wines with each course
- Students receive copies of all recipes
- 11 student maximum
- Long pants and closed-toed/ rubber soled shoes strongly advised
- Aprons, knives and utensils provided for in-class use, unless otherwise noted
Winemaker Dinners
- Observation
- 3 to 3-1/2 hours in length
- Full meal portions are served
- Includes wines with each course
- Students receive copies of all recipes
- 30 student maximum
- Seats are first-come, first served
